Eddie's native home is Charlotte, but his love for the mountains began at a young age while spending summers at camp in the Asheville Area. Following college Eddie further sewed his roots in the mountains when he thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail.

During this time Eddie learned small business accounting and financing as well as the trials and tribulations of growing a start up company into a thriving small business. In the fall of 2000 Eddie and his wife, Kristan, realized there dream of living in the mountains when they moved to Asheville.
The following January Eddie followed in his families footsteps and pursued a career in commercial real estate.
